I really enjoy my job – I get to meet so many new people and it’s fun getting to know them and being a part of their excitement as new parents. Meet Mr. W. He is adorable. Isn’t this diaper cover way cute?? I was excited when Mom pulled them out of the dresser.

We had a perfect morning to be outside taking pictures.

Hope you enjoy and I’ll have the rest finished very soon! :)

It is indeed a rare treat that I get a snappy shot of my kiddos and me. I’m sure all you moms can relate to the fact as the mom and primary photo taker you rarely make it into photos. :) So needless to say I love having an updated photo of my kids with me. Hope you all enjoy this beautiful weekend!

Remember this little cutie from her 3 month old pictures? She’s now 8 months old and wow, what a perfect little model she is. I had so much fun. Can’t wait until we have our next session when she’s 1 year old!! I love seeing how these little ones change and grow.

This one just gets me – something about her, the light and the black and white conversion I just adore. (Oh, those sweet toes too. :)

Have a great day!

You might remember Mr. O from his 6 month old session. I have photographed Mr. O since he was 6 weeks old and it has been SO fun to see him change and grow. He has been a strong, strong boy from the get-go so I was not surprised one bit that he is already walking – almost running – at his 12 month old appointment! He is a true athlete in the making! Mom and Dad, I hope you enjoy the sneak peek – I’ll get the rest to you very soon! Thanks for entrusting me these last 12 months to capture these precious, fleeting memories of your baby boy through photographs.

Meet Mr. S – he’s one great model and so at ease from the first frame! We had such a blast downtown Raleigh! Here are some of my favorite shots from our session – I realize these particular ones have the serious look – but he pulls off the serious look SO well, doesn’t he? But not to worry I did get some smiley ones too. :)

This spot was SO awesome – I adored the light. And thankfully the crew that was with me overlooked the stench and wild things we saw knowing it would be well worth it to get the shots.

Had a bunch of other favorites and I should have them ready to go soon! BTW, can’t you see why I so love my job so much!?

Have a great night!

We visited family this past weekend and it was a great time! Our kids had such a blast with their cousins – all 6 of them! Meet the newest member of the Wright family. Isn’t she a doll baby? We love you, Baby A!

Look at this beautiful hat – it was hand made…and i mean HAND MADE, the yarn was spun, then hand dyed and finally knitted …awesome, huh?
