{Newborn C} | Raleigh Newborn Photographer
July 28, 2009I think this is a record – three posts in one day. I’m feeling like I’m coming out of the weeds after being away last weekend and catching up on posts for those anxiously awaiting!
I love my job – especially when I get to work with such warm, gracious people as Baby C’s family. Thank you guys for being so incredibly sweet to me. Can’t wait to get the rest of the photos to you!

Yum, the backlighting and the bokeh…

July 27, 2009Hey all! It’s great to be home and settled. Wanted to share a few images from our fun time in Charlotte. I would LOVE the opportunity to come back to this urban setting. These models were so fantastic!

{7 Week Old Niece} | Raleigh Newborn Photographer
April 2, 2009We visited family this past weekend and it was a great time! Our kids had such a blast with their cousins – all 6 of them! Meet the newest member of the Wright family. Isn’t she a doll baby? We love you, Baby A!
Look at this beautiful hat – it was hand made…and i mean HAND MADE, the yarn was spun, then hand dyed and finally knitted …awesome, huh?

{three month old sweetie}
November 15, 2008Can I tell just you how much fun I had taking pictures of this little one?! She really was such a great sport to put up with all of Miss Beverly’s poses and all that tummy time I put her sweet little self through! I’ve had a couple of recent clients participate in my baby’s first year package and I can tell you now I’m gonna love seeing these little ones through the next 12 months of their lives! Don’t I have a great job??!!
I just didn’t have the heart to convert this image to black and white because you would miss all that beautiful, red hair!
I wish you could view this image matted in black because it would melt your heart. Seriously, I’m thinking about changing my blog so you can view images on black because it makes the images pop even more beautifully!
Have a great night folks!
{Family Session}
November 12, 2008I had the privelege of doing another family session – and we chose the most beautiful setting for our time together. It was a great night and we all had kinds of fun running, jumping, throwing leaves and exploring. I’ve been thankful for so many beautiful days these last couple of weeks – it has made for some great sessions. These guys are all so sweet and I really enjoyed working with them. Thanks for giving me this opportunity, B!
Okay, so how many of you moms & dads can relate? Can I get an “amen”?! Hee!!
And I think I stretched these guys a little out of their comfort zone to get some romantic shots at the end of the session… hey, but it’s worth it, right!? I really love how sweet this one is.
Hope you guys enjoy! And thanks Mom & Dad – It’s been great getting to know your family better these last couple of months!!
{one sweet baby & her two adoring brothers}
October 23, 2008*WARNING*: These images are gonna make you want to have another baby! This two week old is as precious as they can come – I love her head full of beautiful hair. I also spent some time hanging out with her older brothers capturing their fun and play outside.
I think Mom will completely love this one as it totally typifies her house right now – the baby sister sleeping amidst the “storm”. Heehee!
I love this one of her with her great-grandmother who absolutely adores holding this little one.
Hope you guys enjoy!
