Oh, and I celebrated a birthday recently and wasn’t my family sweet to give me these beautiful flowers?!

Things are cooling down and fall is definitely here – yippee! I LOVE fall! It’s especially fun now with two small children – lots of fun things to do with them – corn mazes, fall festivals, the fair, candy corn….

I’ve been perusing some online gift sites that offer some awesome, creative items using digital photo files… I loved these little tile ornaments – beautiful! I know those of you who have purchased digital files from me this year are gonna make some wonderful gifts this Christmas for your loved ones.

Oh, and my fall schedule is almost full – I have one spot still open.

…that’s what all the data, files, pictures, videos and everything else on your computers boils down to – a bunch of 1s and a bunch of 0s.. Wild isnt’ it? Much to my dismay I went out with my daughter last night to take her “3 year old” pictures and popped my card into the card reader to download them to my hard drive and the images WERE NOT THERE! Needless to say I’m in the midst of trying to sort out data recovery (I’m praying it goes well!), but it was a huge reminder to me as to how important photographs are to me and how sad I’ll be if I cannot retrieve those files. But it’s also a reminder to me to let all you guys know how important it is to BACK UP YOUR FILES!!  Especially if you bought digital negatives from me – if you have not yet backed up your CD – do it! Do it now!  Not only my files but all of your years worth of precious images of your loved ones. You won’t regret taking the time to do it!…I’ll letcha know how it goes with my data recovery.
